clients’ needs are of great importance.
I am committed to establishing a trusting environment in order to
facilitate deep relaxation, awareness in the body, and a healing experience. My intention as a therapist is to allow for the full
presence of each client, and to encourage deep release in the body–opening to
the gifts that are available every moment. By incorporating a unique blend of modalities I tailor the
massage experience to each clients’ needs.
My bodywork certification began at the Fingerlakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY in 2004, where I completed 1000 hours of training. This included specializations in Swedish, Integrative, Connective (deep) Tissue, Energy Balancing, Pregnancy, Hydrotherapy, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Seated Chair, among others. I have additional 200 hour training from Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego, and Craniosacral I from The Upledger Institute. Along with these modalities, I have extensive knowledge of the human body through courses in Anatomy, Physiology and Microbiology. I am currently practicing out of my downtown office location in beautiful Santa Barbara, California. I am nationally certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB) since 2004 and am an active member of Associated Massage and Bodywork Professionals (AMBP) and the National Association of Professional Women.
I welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and
assist you to a state of true wellness.
